Two down (water and solar pump) and a few more (caretaker, farm shed)to go.

To get a caretaker for the farm is the most challenging of all - however, we need a place for the caretaker to stay. FIL and I drew a plan for 40 feet long 10 feet wide rectangular structure with a sheet overhead. We can have two rooms of 20 feet length each. FIL brought the engineering contractor that he was working with to get started on the structure.

We were hoping to build it quickly ..say in 45 days..but took more than double that time.
